1. How to request deletion of your data

A data subject may request deletion of the data associated with them by emailing info@mlath-alaml.com with the subject: “طلب حذف بيانات Mlath IOS — Data Deletion Request”.

Include only what is needed to process the request:

• Your name.
• The account identifier related to the request, such as an international-format WhatsApp number or an Instagram/Facebook username.
• Your email address if it is linked to the service.
• A description of your relationship with the company (customer, message recipient, other).
• The data you want deleted.
• A way to verify you own the account (e.g. a message sent from that account).

We do not ask for an ID photo by default; extra verification is requested only if account ownership cannot otherwise be confirmed.

2. What deletion may cover

• The contact record and phone number.
• Stored messages and conversations.
• Notes and tags.
• Campaign records associated with you.
• Account and session data where applicable.
• Media — media files are not stored in the system at present; if media storage is added in the future, deletion will cover it.

3. Exceptions

We may retain a minimum of data in the following cases:

• Legal obligations that mandate retention.
• Necessary security records.
• Fraud prevention.
• Defense of legal rights.
• Backups, which are erased within the regular deletion cycle.
• Anonymized data no longer linked to a person.

4. Timelines

• Acknowledgement of the request within 7 days.
• Completion of the request normally within 30 days.
• Residual copies clear from backups within a cycle not exceeding 90 days, unless a legal obligation applies.

5. After deletion completes

We notify you by email when deletion completes. Deleting data from this platform does not affect copies on your device or held by the channel itself; those copies are governed by Meta and the relevant channel policies.

1. كيف تطلب حذف بياناتك

يمكن لصاحب البيانات طلب حذف البيانات المرتبطة به بمراسلة البريد info@mlath-alaml.com بعنوان: «طلب حذف بيانات Mlath IOS — Data Deletion Request».

أدرج في رسالتك فقط ما يلزم لمعالجة الطلب:

• الاسم.
• معرّف الحساب المرتبط بالطلب، مثل رقم WhatsApp بالصيغة الدولية أو اسم مستخدم Instagram/Facebook.
• البريد الإلكتروني إن كان مرتبطًا بالخدمة.
• وصف علاقتك بالشركة (عميل، مستلم رسائل، غير ذلك).
• البيانات المطلوب حذفها.
• وسيلة للتحقق من ملكيتك للحساب (مثل رسالة من الحساب نفسه).

لا نطلب صورة الهوية افتراضيًا؛ وقد نطلب معلومة تحقق إضافية فقط إذا تعذر التأكد من ملكية الحساب.

2. ما الذي قد يشمله الحذف

• جهة الاتصال ورقم الهاتف.
• الرسائل المخزنة والمحادثات.
• الملاحظات والوسوم.
• سجلات الحملات المرتبطة بك.
• بيانات الحساب والجلسات إن وُجدت.
• الوسائط — لا تُخزَّن ملفات الوسائط في النظام حاليًا؛ إن أُضيف تخزينها مستقبلًا فسيشملها الحذف.

3. الاستثناءات

قد نستبقي حدًا أدنى من البيانات في الحالات التالية:

• التزامات قانونية تفرض الاحتفاظ.
• سجلات أمنية لازمة.
• منع الاحتيال.
• الدفاع عن الحقوق القانونية.
• النسخ الاحتياطية التي تُحذف ضمن دورة الحذف المعتادة.
• البيانات المجهولة الهوية التي لم تعد مرتبطة بشخص.

4. المُهل الزمنية

• تأكيد استلام الطلب خلال 7 أيام.
• إكمال الطلب عادةً خلال 30 يومًا.
• زوال النسخ المتبقية من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال دورة لا تتجاوز 90 يومًا، ما لم يوجد التزام قانوني.

5. بعد اكتمال الحذف

نخطرك بالبريد عند اكتمال الحذف. لاحظ أن حذف بياناتك من هذه المنصة لا يمس النُسخ المحفوظة على جهازك أو لدى القناة نفسها؛ فتلك تخضع لسياسات Meta والقناة المعنية.
